You can on/off GSAP animation support for this theme & if GSAP is on then the custom cursor style will work, you can also enable or disable the custom cursor here.
If you disable GSAP Animation some animation will not work, it will not create any problem, just some animation will not work.
If you want to change the custom cursor dot colour make sure you give your primary colour in Vintech Options -> Theme Style Settings, otherwise cursor dot colour will not change and it will get our given colour.
